This full time course is designed for aspiring students who desires to venture into the animation, games and movie industry as an industrial trained professional.
Term 1 - Traditional Art & Design Skill
Everything great is built with a good solid foundation that is why we focus the need of strengthening our students with traditional art skills before moving on to digital art. In this term we focus on traditional methods such as pencil sketching and figure drawings to train our observation skills.
Term 2 - Conceptual Design ,Traditional 2D Animation, 3D modeling courses
This term is the beginning of an adventure which includes more design classes in both traditional and in digital form. Students will also be learning basic principles of animation before moving into digitally. In this term, students are introduced to their first 3D class where they will learn the basic tools and familiarize themselves with the 3D software program's interface.
Term 3 - Clay Sculpting ,Advanced Modeling and 3D Animation & Rigging
This term will focus more on the 3D programs where students will be able to experiment and learn more on the 3D workflow. Students will also have a chance to learn how to sculpt traditionally.
Term 4 - Storytelling, Advanced Character Modeling & Character Animation
In this term we focus on enhancing and polishing the skill sets that the students have learnt so far. In our advance classes students will learn techniques and methods to help speed up their workflow. At the same time students will be introduced more on the production pipeline and also start on their pre-production of their first 3D animated short film.
Term 5 - Completing an animated Short-film , Visual Effects, CG simulation & Compositing
Finally at this term, we will focus on the production of an animated short film. Students will be guided step by step following a proper production pipeline. From the production stages of building their models and animating them and all the way to post production where students will composite their footage to complete their very first 3D animated short film.
