Cilantro Culinary Academy established in 2006, with the objective to provide vocational training in Pastry and Culinary Arts. The Academy provides Diploma to Advanced Diploma courses awarded by City & Guilds and Degree from the University of West London.
The Academy's strength in establishing a quality education consists of Professional Chefs Instructors from various background and specialised culture in the culinary industry. The career guiding team from the administrative and education consultant provides services to assist students on their career path.
We train our students to an expectation level. When they graduate, they are able to set a bench mark to be in line with other professional chefs. Upon completion of this course, they will be awarded a Diploma/ Advanced Diploma from City and Guild (known as C&G) of London Institute U.K. As for further Degree course, it's awarded by University of West London U.K. All courses conducted in our academy is a widely recognized qualification that would give you confidence in securing a job in any aspect in the culinary and pastry field, be it in a restaurant, hotels, catering and other commercial service industry.
